1. What types of wigs and bundles do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of wigs and bundles, including various textures such as straight, wavy, and curly. 

 2. How do I care for my wig?

Wigs: Gently wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Avoid excessive heat and use a wide-tooth comb to detangle. Store in a cool, dry place.

3. Can I color or style my wig?

Yes, many of our wigs a can be colored and styled. However, we recommend consulting a professional stylist to ensure the best results and to avoid damage. Always perform a patch test before applying any color or chemical treatments.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 7 days after delivery.  For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact our customer service team via email (info@milanidelvani.com) or phone 571-559-1768. Currently at the moment we do not accept exchanges due to the nature of our products .

5. How long does delivery time take?

Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days. Processing times are 1-2  business day.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our order tracking page on our website.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

No we only offer Shipping within the United States at this time

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods through Shopify Payments  including major credit cards, and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely.
